1-Year Limited Warranty

All Ziva Diamond purchases are protected by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery or in-store pickup. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for all products, including:

Raw Diamonds
Necklaces
Earrings
Rings
Bracelets

What’s Covered

If your piece experiences a problem due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Covered issues include:

Loose or fallen accent stones (non-center stones)
Defective chains, clasps, or earring backs
Soldering or structural faults in bracelets or rings
Quality flaws in raw diamond settings

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, bends, fading)
Loss, theft, or accidental damage
Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or cleaning
Raw diamonds that have been recut or altered
Items repaired or modified by third-party jewelers

For raw diamonds and high-value items, we recommend using a third-party insurance provider for additional protection.

Warranty Repairs Beyond 1 Year

Third-Party Repairs Void Warranty

Repairs or alterations made outside of Ziva Diamond will void the warranty. Always contact us first to ensure proper care and coverage.
