At Ziva Diamond, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer flexible return and exchange options designed to be smooth and transparent.

Standard Return Policy

We offer free 30-day returns for orders shipped to Canada, the United States, and India, starting from the date your order is delivered or picked up in-store.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition without damage.
  • All original packaging must be included (tags, box, pouch, certificates, etc.).
  • Lab-Grown Diamonds must include original SCS certification.
  • Items sold as a set must be returned as a complete set.
  • Returns must be initiated from the same country the order was delivered to.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Engraved or monogrammed products
  • Earrings used for piercings
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy

In-Store Exchanges

We offer 30-day exchanges for in-store purchases. Please bring your order confirmation, order card, or gift receipt. Items must meet all return conditions.

Online Exchanges (Canada only)

Canadian customers may request an exchange if the item qualifies under our return policy. Email info@zivadiamond.com to get started.

Important:

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days and mailed within 7 days of the request.
  • In-store purchases must be exchanged in-store or by emailing our CX team.

Online Return

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s completed.

Mistakenly Returned the Wrong Item?

Please double-check your return before shipping. We cannot store or reship non-Ziva Diamond items sent by mistake due to customs and logistics restrictions.
