Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking link.
Simply click the link to view real-time updates from our shipping partners as your package makes its way to you.

Order Status Definitions
Processing
We've received your order and our artisans are preparing it for shipment. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days, while engraved or custom orders may take up to 8 business days to craft to perfection.
Shipped
Your package has left our facility and is now in transit with our trusted shipping partner. You can follow its journey using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Partial
For orders with multiple items, some may ship separately. This status means part of your order is on its way, and the rest will follow shortly. This currently applies to Canada & U.S. orders only.
Shipping Timelines
- Canada & U.S.: 2–4 business days (Standard), 1–2 business days (Express)
- India: 5–7 business days (Standard)
